The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing shifts. He/she must convey the Cane’s culture to his/her staff and be a team player who likes to work hard, have fun, and show sincere dedication to Raising Cane’s standards. The Assistant Manager will demonstrate leadership; setting high food quality and service standards in order to insure that crew members on each shift successfully execute “What We Do” - serve the perfect box… fast, friendly, immaculately clean while having fun.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Minimum 1 year food service or related experience.
Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to adapt to new systems quickly
